We apologise that you have a problem with your MD501; we may be able to fix this through one of our accredited service centres.
Please note: If your phone is outside of the Manufacturer’s Warranty period or it has been physically damaged, you may be subject to a charge for your repair.
Please complete the following steps to Book a Repair:
- Backup your phone and save any data, images or applications that you wish to keep as any data on your device will be deleted as part of the repair process
- Send us an email
Please include the following information:
- Your device’s 1st IMEI number
- Where/when you purchased your device
- Your Name (Title + First Name + Surname)
- Your email address
- A daytime contact number
- An alternate contact number
- Your postal address
- A summary of the problem that you are experiencing
We will send further instructions and packaging (prepaid) so that you can post your device to us.
