Book a Repair in Australia

We apologise that you have a problem with your MD501; we may be able to fix this through one of our accredited service centres.

Please note: If your phone is outside of the Manufacturer’s Warranty period or it has been physically damaged, you may be subject to a charge for your repair.

Please complete the following steps to Book a Repair:

  1. Backup your phone and save any data, images or applications that you wish to keep as any data on your device will be deleted as part of the repair process
  2. Send us an email

Please include the following information:

  • Your device’s 1st IMEI number
  • Where/when you purchased your device
  • Your Name (Title + First Name + Surname)
  • Your email address
  • A daytime contact number
  • An alternate contact number
  • Your postal address
  • A summary of the problem that you are experiencing

We will send further instructions and packaging (prepaid) so that you can post your device to us.
